Job Descriptions

Program Leader (Part-Time) - Openings on Oʻahu & Hawaiʻi Island

  • The part-time Program Leader, under the direction of the Site Coordinator is responsible for planning and leading a variety of structured activities for youth in 6-8th grade. Program Leaders will supervise students at all times, assist with homework help and engage students in enrichment/academic/health and fitness activities. 

Program Assistant (Part-Time) - Openings on Hawaiʻi Island

  • The part-time Program Assistant, under the direction of the Site Coordinator is responsible to assist Program Leaders and Site Coordinator in the daily implementation of the After-School All-Stars program model for youth in 6-8th grade. Program Assistants will

    • Supervise students at all times
    • Listen and take direction from the Site Coordinator
    • Assist with homework help and engage students in enrichment/academic/health and fitness activities
    • Work in conjunction with the Site Coordinator and fellow Program Leaders to ensure the smooth delivery of program activities
    • Complete attendance accurately and report absentees to the Site Coordinator 
    • Ensure a safe environment for all students
    • Prepare supplies, materials and any other items needed by the Program Leaders or Site Coordinators
