In this issue, our All-Stars are learning life-saving skills like Hands-Only CPR, AED (defibrillator) use, and basic First Aid. Plus, meet one of our Program Leaders, check out the schedule for the final two ASAL Flag Football games, and catch up on the latest highlights from each of our programs.

As part of the Life Service Action initiative, All-Stars students from Oahu and Hawaii Island created colorful and joyful hand-made Christmas cards that were given to kupuna during senior home visits. The holiday greetings, dance performances and caroling brought smiles to the faces of our seniors .

All-Stars participated in the nationwide Lights On Afterschool rally advocating for after-school programs. Youth Advisory Board members also joined students across Hawaii at the Hawaii Children and Youth Summit where they discussed critical issues with state legislators.
